Flash Player *Trouble*

Hey everybody,

I was recently on Youtube 3 days ago watching videos and everything was fine.I just tried it today and It says my flash player is outdated" or turn off Javascript?

Please click the link to install recent Flash player. Well that doesnt work.
and now it happens on all the sites that have video. Could it be something else?

That also happened to me once as well. Simply exit the Internet Channel and then select it again. It should be fine now.
