fishing help!

is there a secret to catching fish? i just started playing and been trying for atleast 20 min and nothing. ugh pllleeease help

I had a problem of hold A as I reeled in the fish. If you do, it wont tell you to press A+B when the fish is near the boat, and thus its impossible to cetch any fish.

haha yea i know man, thanks alot. it took me forever i was going nuts. this game is just too addictive, i can see my social life going down the drain pretty soon
