Nordic Games has today released the first screenshots from its forthcoming Wii game, We Sing Robbie Williams, which is bound to delight the millions of fans of the Take That star. This will be the first time that Robbie Williams has starred in his own singing game, and comes as a result of an agreement between Nordic Games and EMI Music. We Sing Robbie Williams will feature 25 tracks from the chart-topping artist, including the likes of Angels and Let Me Entertain You, all of which will be accompanied by* the original videos. The game will also include footage from Robbie Williams’ 2003 Knebworth concert, and a photo gallery. Other features include Solo, Party, Karaoke and Jukebox modes, singing lessons, in-game awards and eight different multiplayer modes.
The release of the game this October is timed to coincide with the release of* Robbie Williams’ definitive greatest hits album, entitled In And Out of Consciousness: The Greatest Hits 1990-2010. Here’s Nordic Games sales and marketing director Nik Blower talking about the game:
“After 20 years in the business, Robbie’s fanbase covers practically every age group, and both genders – that represents a massive percentage of the population who will want to play the We Sing version of the game. This is a huge deal for Nordic Games and a real first in the gaming world.”
