Far Cry release date

So when exactly is far cry released? Gamestop/EbGames says the 12th, wal-mart says the 5th, Target says the 7th, IGN says the 5th.

Go in between, go for the 6th. but seriously I think its the 5th in US, 7th in Australia and 8th in UK.
