I think there should be an FAQ section, so that all the questions and walkthroughs of the game will be covered there, and many people won't be aggitated due to spoilers.

Nice idea, where people could help eachother maybe. but theres a gaming section. still nice tho.

I know there's still a gaming section, but the gaming section can change like monthly or every other month and questions and help can be within the FAQ section and the threads can be private, so the titles of the thread can remain unseen but the poster of it is seen. Many forums do something similar to this.
