How do i send an email to an address in the wii without using the internet?

im sorry. how do i do it without using the web browser. I saw a forum something like that but i dont understand how to do it.

*sigh*go to your wii adress book where you add wii friends, then click register and click others, then add the email adress you want and the name and itll store in your address book, the wii then sends an email asking the person if they wish to recieve msgs from your wii, they need to reply and then you can send emails to that adress.
