Does The Wii Have Demo's To Download?

Just wondering if the wii has something like the PSN where every thursday there are some demos to download. Just got the wii for my son and was interested. Also what does the wii games perform at 720p or lower or higher. Thanks

No demo's as of yet my friend.
Games perform at up to 480 I believe.

Thank you, now if i have a ps3 and it is set to 1080p do i have to manually change it to 480 or will it change itself?

Well you need to buy component cables for the Wii different from what the Ps3 offers.
