Customize options on wii

Is there any options where by you can customize the look and feel of wii menu items and channels?

I am not talking about exterior look, but the software customizations. Like I would like to change the startup screen or change the color of menu items, etc.

unless you have hacked the file system, or know someone who has, there is no "official" customizable menu options.
