Controller Confusion

Alright so for some reason the other day i just found out you can you use the gamecube controller for virtual console, ya i know what a n00b! but anyways can anybody inform me on what games exactly i can play with the GC controller or not play. Hopefully you can play NES and 64 games with it because those are the only games im really looking to download (snes emulator :ciappa: )

Even cooler is that you can get a PS2 to GameCube adapter cheap and use a wireless PS2 controller to play the virtual console games

I had no idea there was such a thing, I just use a Wavebird ($14.99 USD used at Gamestop/EBGames).

I really don't like the wavebird. The Logitech wireless PS2 controller is one of the best controllers I've used

I did like the PS2 Logitech now that you mention it, I kinda miss it... ;(
