connect 24 problem

when i do a test for internet connection it indicates that test was successful. then when i try to use wiiconnect24 a screen says that i have to review user agreements, i click o.k. then a black screen comes up and again says i must review user agreements. this black screen has a "next" button at the bottom but i can not navigate to it. it's like i have no cursor even tho my cursor works on all screens up to this one.

i've tried this numerous times with the same result each time. i spent 30 minutes on the phone with a nintendo rep and she could'nt figure it out, said she would have someone call me in 3-4 days but i never heard back from anyone.

anyone had this problem before?????????

i dont know the solution, but maybe you need to go on your computer and allow the wii to access the internet.
