Wii owners with itchy trigger fingers will be glad to hear that SEGA and High Voltage Software are bringing The Conduit back for another round, with Conduit 2 due for release exclusively on the Nintendo Wii in fall 2010. Following on from the success of the first game, Conduit 2 sees players attempting to stop an alien invasion on the edge of the world. The game features advanced and powerful weapons, large, multi-tiered levels with dynamic environments, cinematic battles, giant enemies and lots of opportunities for customisation.
Available gameplay modes include single-player, a new and more expansive 12-player online competitive multiplayer mode, and Team Invasion Mode, the new co-op mode where players can battle side-by-side with up to four friends on the same screen. The mode can also be played online. Here’s Gary Knight, European Marketing Director at SEGA Europe, talking about the game:
