Component cable sometimes no signal

I got my Wii attached with the official component cable of Nintendo to my Samsung 215TW monitor. Sometimes when i turn on the Wii the monitor i saying 'no signal' with a black screen. When is a little vague, i couldnt detect a pattern when this happens but most of the times it happens after its been off for a day or more. Other times it just works like it should do.

I can get it to work if I do the following:
* attach the analog cable and turn on the wii
* select 50hz / 576i (have to do this else it will still give no signal after)
* turn off the wii, attach the component cable and turn it on again
* then i have a 50hz image and I can select EDTV / HDTV again

Changing the cables is a little annoying every time. Anyone knows whats going on or how I can solve it? tnx

There is a HUGE thread on the official Nintendo forums regarding problems with the component cables. Most of the complaints are because the picture levels are too high and the monitor cant handle it.
