Chapter 7 at Stair 7 where I am stuck

Anyone, I am at chapter 7, stair #7 where I am stuck at cloud 75 by this temple and talking cloud. And this green tube takes me back down to stair #4 where I found princess peach..

Please help, what to do next, thanks.
