Channel Ideas

Name some channels you would like on the Wii

Sport Channel: Scores and News
Demo Channel: Play Demo of the lastest Wii games and Download Demos to your DS. (Parental Control Included)
MiiSpace: Make a profile for your online settings in all your game (Parental Control Included)
Pictochat Channel: Like the chat on the DS but Online and has a buddy list (Parental Control Included)
Stock Channel: People can check on the stocks and stuff like that.


Upgrade Mii Channel: The Upgrade will offer more options

Originally some kid had an idea for a Mii Movie Channel(Don't remember the name). Pretty much you would make Movies with your Miis, But I thought it would be better if it was a game and not a channel. I still think it would be a pretty cool idea. You could have a mic and talk in it, to make the Miis talk. There are lot of stuff you can do with this. I really would love Nintendo to make something so innovative as this.

I like the Demo, Pictochat, miispace and stock channel.

the upgrade mii, is sorta pointless, as the upgrades would be in updates. also, the sports scores and news is includd in the news channel.

I like all those Ideas, The Sports channel would be cool with a realtime scrolling sports ticker like ESPN and the Stocks channel with stocks ticker like CNBC.

I think like a records type channel would be cool, where you could upload your records and medals from Wii Sports and Wii Play and the like and compare them with everyone else in the world. You could have leader boards to see who is the best out there.

i like your ideas but i think the stock thing not many people would use....
i have ideas...there could be a music channel... for mp3's on your sd card, yes i know you can play mp3's on the photo channel but it has to be in a slideshow...it should be a total different channel that is like itunes or windows media player!:smilewinkgrin:

Some great ideas! :thumbsup: Although, I don't see much need for a demo channel, but many people would so why not? Stock Channel would be very interesting, but think how many times it will need to be updated () - every minute basically (if you watch CNBC you'd understand). I think, rather than Upgrade Mii Channel, just send out an e-mail to Wii users and tell them that new features have been added to the Mii Channel for more detail. Far away though.

I also like the Music channel ALOT. Aslong as I can connect my MP3 player to it [Zen V+] and like stream the music off it
