Cant find Mother Chiled Rock?(spoiler?)

I cant find where i have to fish for the reekfish, ive looked up and down zoras river and still cant find it. Anyone know?

It's a pillar of stone sticking out of the water.

ok. from the top of the water fall. jump down an to your right is the area where the reek fish are

warp to zoras domain, then exit that place, transform into a human, drop down the waterfall, then climb out on this little ledge and the fish should be there.... i think thats right. i just finished Snowpeak Ruins so im pretty sure thats correct
