Can I save Gamecube games on the SD card?

Hi guys,
I'm new to this forum, greetings to all the Wii people!
I have used the search feature, I know that you need GC memory to save GC games but can the GC game save on the SD card?

I wanna confirm this with y'all, Thanks

PS: If the answer is only on GC memory card then the EB store dude is wrong rrr: cause he thinks you can save on the SD card

Sorry, he is wrong. You need a GC card to save GC games.

Yeah I tried to Save OoT onto the Wii but its impossible. I had to go out and buy a crappy GC card to make any saving possible. But you're right, it would make sense that you would be able to save stuff on the SD card, or even the Wii's internal memory. I guess thats capitalism for you.

Damn, that's Wii-eak!!! You should be able to save to the internal memory of the Wii at the very least.:scared:
