How do you get new miis....don't understand the mii parade thing

lol, k ummmm people have to send u new mii's but if you add me and other people and we r on our mii's will randomly walk onto your wii's mii channel on the mii parade bit and you can press a and b to pick them up and add them to your mii plaza
