Buying A Wii in Mexico

Im really mad becuase im going to have to be in Mexico during the the launch of the Wii so im thinking about buying a Wii in Mexico I might have a better chance getting one there then in the states but im not sure if they launch the same day or what stores to check..Or I can wait till I get back and buy the Wii 1 week after luanch witch is better?

And if I buy it from US you think they would have it the week after launch?
