browsing/telnet to Wii to read SD card?

Can it be done?

I have my Wii on our wireless network. PC is wired to wireless router.

I can see the Wii in the wireless routers mac/ip address table, can ping it, obviously, but not sure how, or IF, I can connect to it from my XP PC to read the SD card.

HTTP/HTTPS/TELNET/SSH ??? any of these work, or been tweaked to work?

If anyone has done this can you please post the steps/process/procedures, or a link to a post that may already be here...

I have heard nothing of the sort being capable with the wii.

Allthough if it was, I'm sure we would have a lot simpler hacks and mods available on it by now
