Bridge in Hyrule Field

How do you get to the treasure chest located under this bridge??? There are some "targets" on the under side of the bridge, but I am unable to do anything. Please help.

You need the clawshot.

if it dont work by just the clawshot (varient name for hookshot) try ur iron boots...i forgot about that!

does anyone else know what, at death mountain, u can summon the bird? what does it do?
