We have a love/hate relationship with this game. Anyone have the WII version and figured out casting?

I have watched the video, read the directions and yet 1 out of 20 times do we get it to cast. the game is great, but we don't play often because the casting doesn't work so well. I've tried it with the pole and without and same issue.

Not sure if this is a sensor issue or what. So if anyone has any experience or tips about casting they would be much appreciated. The video from BPS makes it look so easy - they lie!

Casting

When casting, either with the included pole or without, keep it very smooth and allow for enough time between attempts for the sensors to catch up. Play with the casting challenges to practice even more. I did find that if I pointed the tip of the pole down, (like a 30 degree down angle), it did help a bit more. Hope that this helps.......if not let me know.
