well on metacritics (a site that takes loads of critics scores/reviews and averages the scores they get,

the lowest rated game is

Chicken shoot with an average of 27% or 37% (i forgot)

second worst is escape from bug island (i thought this looked good)


best is of course Zelda lol with 95%


EDIT: just checked for Balls of fury, isnt in the worst yet, because it only has one review (ign's lol) and games are only listed in score order if they have at least 4-5 reviews to base an average on.
