Argh! How do I send the damn thing back?

So i've been getting that 'system files corrupt' message and have read through your messages on here and it is clear that I need to send it back, but how? Do I need to sit on the phone for the next half on hour on hold or can I just send it straight back to nintendo?

i would suggest waiting on the phone to discuss all possible options, or if u have no save data take it back to the shop

I've got saved data and ordered it from argos direct over the phone, so no shop.

Grrr, this is so annoying, I've barely played on it!

2 possible solutions.

1. Ring Argos up and tell them the system is faulty and you'd like a replacement (ofcourse that depends if they have any in stock)

2. Ring Nintendo UK customer care number and they'll either offer to repair or send a replacement i believe.

uhhh CONTACT nintendo or you could rtfm and look for the phone number on it.
