I'll give someone something in return; I don't mean this thread to be "illegal" or "provoking", I just want to try a VC game (NES, SNES, w/e) and I don't have a credit card.

Sorry but no matter what the situation, no one will gift you games.
You can buy point cards which are found at many stores that carry video games, 2000 points on each card for about $20.
