Anyone else having disc read errors?

So I'm having problems with my Wii reading Gamecube Discs and Wii discs. It isnt a CONSTANT problem, but about 1 out 4 times i play it wont read the disc at all when put in until I reinsert it a few times, and sometimes during gameplay it stops and says disc read error...

Anyone else had this problem?

No such problems here. Only time I got a disc read error was when I inserted the disc upside-down. Are your discs dirty or scratched?
