Animated Avatar?

can i have a animated avatar? when i try to set it up, it only apears as a picture

That picture exeeds the 80x80 dimension limit. If a avatar exeeds the dimension limit, the website will automatically resize the avatar if it's a gif...and when a gif is resized this way, the animation will cease to exist.

oh, i thought it was 80x80 or under 130mb which ever was smaller, thx
