Animal Crossing: Lets go to the city.. Is it..

Hello, Im 16 apermario: I just bought a Wii :wiibox:.

Question:
I want a game that is Free Roaming and able to see multiple Mii's that are playing also and talk to them and just hang out.. Is "Animal Crossing: Lets go to the city" a game for that? and I'm 16 so would that be a little more for the younger players?

you will only be able to hang out with friends you add to your list... not random people.

Ok, So If they were online and I have added them will I be able to trade them, Chat, Hang out, Have a Party, and SEE there actual Mii? or character?

yes, maybe not trade..but hang out and chat and see their miis yes.
