Adress Book - Help

Hi, I'm very sorrry if this is not the right location to post this. Please move if it is not, thanks!

I have added two friends to my address book and at least one of them I know have responded (because I was right next to her). It is still showing that they are not registered, and that I cannot send messages to them. What's going on? Could someone please help me? Could this be a problem with the connection to my internet?

It only sends them a message if you are emailing them and they aren't on the Wii. If they are on a Wii then you will have to contact them and tell them your friend code so they can add you too.
