ok so..
all i hafta do is go to my address book, and register their codes and names right?

cuz theres one person who i know added me, and i just added him..does it take a bit of time to like work?..

and what does the wii mean by, to send each other messages the other person must add you and you must configure internet settings

it says that right after you register a new person..

do i really have to configure internet settings?

some times is takes a long time to actually see the process get completed... just wait a bit

yes for the process to complete your Wii must be connected to the Internet via the Wifi component of the console.
