About playing Mario Kart 64 online with Wii:

Can you download Mario Kart 64 from the Wii shop then play it on wifi with other people who play it on other Wii's or DS? Because on the DS you can play the game online.

If not, will you be able to play any of the games from the Wii shop online?

you cannot play online with MK64 along with any others for now

the DS game is the only mario kart game which you can play online. None of the VC games work online.
