a little help needed...

ok well I need some help on a particular dungeon. and unless you have made it to the fifth dungeon dont read ahead.
















so I have the ball and chain, and I am to the part where there are three bloacks that can be moved around. I need to get one of them on the middle switch which I already removed the ice from. now I am having much trouble trying to get that switch to stay down. can anyone help please? thank you very much
