I loved both of these games, so i think they should make sequals.

Well, those games were both in the GC ERA, so I think that Nintendo would have announced something by now. Nintendo probably won't come out with sequels to Luigi's Mansion and Mario Sunshine, but they eventually will come up with a new game with Mario as the main character (Super Mario Galaxy) + a new game with Luigi as the main character confused.
