1channel on the Wii

Can anyone tell me how to watch movies from <Link removed> on the Wii internet?Im assuming I need a newer flash version in order to watch movie, however I dont know if there is a way to install or update the flash.Do I need to install the "Homebrew" channel in order to do anything like this?Somebody please help!
