10 Minute Solution Cardio Boxing

Trying to figure out the boxing on this program. There seems to be a trick to the "bob" when doing the boxing. I am using the remote and numchuck. I have tried going down before and when it gets to the box but it is not picking up my movement. Please help. I really want to use this program.

Can anyone help with this? Maybe it is just me but cannot figure this out and it makes the program pretty worthless if you can't do this.

Did you ever figure this out? The Bob and Sway are both problems. Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't. I can't figure it out.
